Electro-Discharge Ltd was founded in 1980 to provide a specialist sub-contract wire and spark erosion service to a range of industries including aerospace, space, oil and gas, and motorsport. We have over 40 wire and spark erosion machines that can carry out automatic operations at speed, to tight tolerances in a lights-out situation. Additionally, we have two 5-axis laser cutting machines and a 5-axis laser drilling machine alongside four CNC EDM fast hole drilling machines two of which are also 5-axis. Our sub-contract service also includes CNC milling, electrode manufacturing, and tool and fixture design/manufacturing. Electro-Discharge, which is AS9100 certified and NADCAP accredited, is part of the MJ Sections Aerospace group of companies, a global market leader working in partnership with the aerospace industry.
