Following two successful cohorts and glowing feedback, the MAA's Mentorship+ Programme is back for a third cohort in Septemebr 2026, and we're ready to welcome our next group of aspiring leaders.

Limited to 12 places per cohort, Mentorship+ offers a unique and cost-effective alternative to the traditional training or a master's degree. Using a blend of workshops, site visits, and one to one mentor sessions, this purpose-built curriculum will unlock newfound confidence, enhance existing talents and develop crucial skills to help your organisation achieve its goals.
Participants will benefit from 6 in-person events, 6 individual sessions, ongoing online support, plus access to the MAA's team of experts on specific matters.
