Rolls-Royce LDC and Engine Assembly Line, Derby
Due to the popularity of this event it is now fully booked.
This is the latest in our series of special in-depth MAA visits to major aerospace companies in the Midlands hosted by an MAA director. The MAA believes in-depth events with major aerospace companies provide invaluable knowledge for aerospace suppliers.
As the biggest and most significant aerospace company in the Midlands, Rolls-Royce is kindly sponsoring this event, just as Collins Aerospace, ITP Aero UK, Parker Meggitt, Moog -- and Rolls-Royce on three previous occasions -- have done in previous years.
This time we've been invited to visit the Engine Assembly Line at Rolls-Royce in Derby by Craig Askew, Global Operations Director at Rolls-Royce and a former MAA DIrector. And we'll be hosted by Rolls-Royce Executive Tony Allen, currently an MAA Director.
You will learn about
- new Rolls-Royce engine technologies
- company manufacturing and operations strategy
- latest procurement strategies
You will be able to tour
- engine assembly line
plus
- either engine test faclities or turbine blade manufacturing facilities (TBD)
. . . and you can book your place now (see below)
