Sigma Components, the Aerospace Division of Avingtrans plc has acquired RMDG Aerospace Limited in a deal with Tricorn Group plc valued at £1.1 million. Based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, RMDG manufactures a range of rigid pipe assemblies and precision aerospace components for tier-one aerospace OEMs. RMDG employs 29 people in the UK.
