Derby aero engine-maker Rolls-Royce has welcomed plans by a Finnish airline to push ahead with a £288 million order.
Finnair has decided to firm up the order for eight Airbus A350 XWB aircraft, which are exclusively powered by Trent XWB engines, which are designed, developed and built at Rolls-Royce’s civil aerospace division, in Sinfin.
