Rudd Macnamara is a manufacturer of labels, nameplates and components for use in aerospace applications such as engines, flight controls, actuated systems etc. We also manufacture specialist branding decals suitable for the exterior of aircraft, and metal labels for interiors, including signage suitable for back illumination. We are fully conversant with the documentation and procedures required for the aerospace environment, are certified to AS9100D, and hold customer approvals including Rolls-Royce and Collins Aerospace Actuation Systems. Our broad process capability includes etching of stainless steel using either chemical etching or laser etching processes, anodising and printing of aluminium, printing polycarbonate labels, fabrication of parts using on site press shop facilities and 2D data matrix marking and bar coding.
