Pentaxia is a rapidly growing advanced engineering business offering a complete "end to end" solution for composite tooling and component manufacturing. All aspects of tooling design, manufacturing and composite production are undertaken within our modern facility located in Derby. We supply patterns, moulds, jigs, fixtures and pressed components to many high-profile (Tier 1) aerospace, military and defence customers. We offer predictability in a demanding aerospace market. We are ISO9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D certified and offer extensive machining capabilities (with five 5-axis machines), combined with autoclave and composite pressing facilities; we also have an on-site paint facility.
