MJS represents 45 years of engineering innovation, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of aerospace components, including cold colled welded rings and sections (manifolds, heatshields, combustor walls, baffles, anti-fret liners, airframe stringers), and advanced rolled rings - multiple rings joined by brazing for a complex shape (interstage seals, shrouds). We also manufacture brazed rings with Feltmetal or honeycomb (including EDM finish grinding), sheet metal fabrications, and machined sealing rings made from spun cast iron, forgings, or wire. Our manufacturing capabilities include 5 Axis CNC Milling and turning, EDM and laser profiling, fast hole drilling, vacuum heat treatment and brazing. Typically components are made from steel, titanium, nickel cobalt alloys and aluminium. In addition to aerospace, we also serve other demanding industries including defence, space, rail and power generation.
