Do you want to work more closely with your customers on new manufacturing technology projects?

This event will tell you how you can do just that via three new groups at the University of Nottingham:

• the Centre for Aerospace Manufacturing – Sponsored by Airbus
• the Institute for Aerospace Technology, created and designed to assist industry partner collaborations in new technologies
• the Precision Engineering Technologies Network, an invitation-only group comprising of precision manufacturing SMEs from multiple sectors

This event is organised by the Midlands Aerospace Alliance, East Midlands Transport iNet and the University of Nottingham.

This workshop will help you: 

• identify ways to access potential customers by collaborating on new technologies
• gain access to state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies
• tap in to expert knowledge, including working with potential customers in the following areas; product design, product engineering, one-off prototyping, small-batch contract manufacturing, contract measurement/testing, flexible assembly systems design, reconfigurable fixturing systems and bespoke tooling development.
