Cube strikes deal for Black Country manufacturer

Black Country engineering business Cube Precision Engineering has acquired a Dudley tool manufacturer.


Cube, which was founded by Neil Clifton and Phillip Bannister in January 2009, specialises in the design and development of production tooling for clients across the UK.

It has purchased GFP Tools Ltd and hinted that the deal may be the first in a string acquisitions as it looks to grow over the next three years.

Managing director Neil Clifton said: "Since we started Cube in 2009, demand for British-made products from around the world has increased.
