This event will give you an opportunity to be part of a new turboprop passenger aircraft programme in Indonesia.

New Indonesian turboprop programme

PT Regio Aviasi Industri (RAI), a private company in Indonesia, are developing the Regioprop R-80, New Generation Turboprop. Asia Pacific has the single biggest requirement for regional turboprops with Indonesia set to lead demand. The R-80 will initially be designed for 80 passengers and a range of 1,480 km.

RAI will partner with Indonesian Strategic Industry, PT Dirgantara. Full scale development will be completed by 2018 with certification in 2022. RAI have signed an LOI for 145 units from NAM Air, Kalstar Airlines and Trigana Air services.

RAI are currently issuing RFIs and looking for systems and equipment suppliers.
