This two day workshop will cover key topic areas to support SMEs who are operating in, or hoping to enter the aerospace industry supply chains. Develop your own innovative approach to this subject, through a series of activities, and build a framework and guidance for your Sustainability Procurement Strategy. The workshops are available to eligible Midlands based SMEs.

Agenda

Day one

  • An introduction to sustainability concepts and issues - how does this affect your business?
  • Taking stock – assessing and evaluating where you are on your sustainability journey

Day two

  • Developing your Sustainable Procurement Strategy
  • How to communicate the strategy

The challenges to supply chains is high on most companies agenda. The importance of creating your unique selling point has never been more current. It is well researched and documented that companies that have sustainability at the heart of their operations are likely to be more profitable and competitive.

Wylde Connections and Alliance Procurement Solutions will be working in partnership to deliver the workshops across 4 sessions. They are currently working in partnership delivering consultancy and training programmes around sustainability and procurement, helping clients to become ethical and more responsible.
