A series of support package events centred on helping Midlands SMEs become environmentally sustainable.
About this event
Increasingly companies are being mandated to have a sustainability approach, sustainability credentials and an energy policy, and in many cases, suppliers are being asked to contribute to their customer’s energy reduction targets. Meeting the demands for energy reduction can impact in many ways, and if done right it should improve your bottom line – Waste costs money and decisions on infrastructure, supplier choices, equipment, and logistics, all have an environmental impact.
BUT some SMEs need support to understand, not only what’s expected, but also how to do it. Aerospace UP can offer that support.
Drawing on expertise from across industry, academia, and other support agencies, the Aerospace Up team will present tools & resources to benchmark energy usage & associated costs, and help you form a structured approach to addressing sustainability for the future, alongside signposting the funded support appropriate to your business.
Don’t wait for customers to push you, take the first practical steps and differentiate yourself by becoming an environmentally sustainable SME.
