Following the successful launch and glowing feedback from our inaugural cohort, the MAA's Mentorship+ Programme is back for January 2026, and we're ready to welcome our next group of aspiring leaders.

Join us for this online session to learn how this innovative 6-month programme has been designed to develop functional managers, department heads, and those in influential manufacturing roles.
Limited to 12 places per cohort, Mentorship+ offers a unique and cost-effective alternative to the traditional training course or master's degree. Using a blend of training, workshops, and site visits, this purpose-built curriculum will unlock newfound confidence, enhance existing talents and develop crucial skills to help your organisation achieve its goals.
Participants will benefit from 6 in-person events, 6 individual mentor sessions, ongoing online support, plus access to the MAA's team of experts on specific matters.
