Dates announced for Advanced Engineering 2025

Limited exhibition spaces available

Advanced Engineering UK is set to return to the NEC, Birmingham, on October 29 and 30, 2025, providing a crucial platform for the aerospace and other advanced engineering sectors. With eight months to go, the exhibition halls are filling up fast as businesses from across the aerospace supply chain secure their spaces. Currently, 70 per cent of the exhibition space is already booked, so interested companies should act promptly to reserve their place.

Following a record-breaking 2024 event that welcomed over 9,800 professionals, Advanced Engineering 2025 is gearing up for another big year. The event welcomes aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology innovators to connect and explore the latest advancements.

Across two action-packed days, attendees will discover next-generation aerospace manufacturing solutions, including innovations in composites, automation, additive manufacturing, materials testing and sustainable aviation technologies.

For exhibitors, the show offers a unique opportunity to showcase aerospace innovations to over 9,000 industry leaders, including decision-makers from major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This is a great chance to demonstrate new technologies supporting the aerospace sector’s drive for efficiency, sustainability and Net Zero aviation.

Alongside the exhibition, attendees can expect over 200 expert speakers delivering insight across multiple forums, tackling critical industry topics such as lightweight materials, digitilisation in aerospace, supply chain resilience and the path to sustainable aviation.

With the aerospace industry facing a well-documented skills shortage, Advanced Engineering is also continuing its #MINDTHEskillsGAP initiative. This campaign encourages collaboration between aerospace leaders and policymakers to create solutions that will help secure the next generation of engineering talent.

“Advanced Engineering is where the UK’s aerospace and engineering community comes together to share ideas, do business and, ultimately, drive the industry forward,” said Simon Farnfield, event director at Easyfairs. “Every year, we see the latest innovations on the show floor every year, and the energy from exhibitors and attendees proves just how important this event is. We can’t wait to be back in 2025 with even more opportunities for aerospace businesses to connect and make an impact.”

The show is again supported by key industry bodies, including the Midlands Aerospace Alliance (MAA), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Composites UK, Make UK, UKRI, UK Space Agency, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, GAMBICA, BARA, the Department for Business and Trade and ADS Group, who will be running Meet the Buyer progamme again this year.

Such partnerships, along with many more, help the show to stay on top of the latest issues arising in the aerospace and engineering industry, passing knowledge on these topics on to its visitors.
