International manufacturing group Senior plc, has acquired 100% shareholding of one of the UK’s leading composites manufacturers Atlas Composites. Established in 1997, Atlas Composites manufacture a diverse range of composite structures and tooling for a number of industry sectors that include automotive, defence and more importantly aerospace – a key factor that triggered the acquisition interest of David Beavan, CEO of Senior Aerospace BWT.
