AE Aerospace has completed a management buyout preparing it for the next stage of its expansion. The precision machine components maker said it was eyeing new marketplaces and customers and also aiming to strengthen its existing offering to the likes of Goodrich UTC, Rolls-Royce, Moog, Bombardier and BAE Systems.
