The Midlands Aerospace Alliance (MAA) has been commissioned by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) to support businesses in the region to diversify their customer base by winning new orders in growing areas of the economy.
The MAA will be working alongside Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) and Coventry & Warwickshire Growth Hub (CBGH) to deliver this ‘Supply Chain Transition Programme’.
In ‘SCTP-Aerospace,’ the MAA will be supporting participating companies to explore business opportunities in aerospace, aviation and space markets, identify which opportunities they are best placed to go after, and plan how to align their business strategies and operations with the specialist requirements of these markets.
The programme will kick off at Farnborough Air Show in July, where we will offer bespoke guided tours around the stands and events, giving participants direct insights into the industry’s current and future growth opportunities.
Following this, we will offer companies the following types of support, to best suit their needs :
- Workshops & Webinars
- One to one coaching
- Peer to peer support
- Meet the Buyer events
