Value Stream Mapping (VSM) training

The MAA is pleased to announce Bulwell Precision Engineers Ltd will be hosting our first VSM workshop as part of the MAA's new training programme.

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a lean manufacturing technique used to analyse the flow of materials and information in any process by identifying waste activities. This effective methodology is used to identify improvements and strip out costs.

This workshop will comprise of a short classroom-based presentation element, followed by a live mapping exercise on real manufacturing processes. The training will be delivered by TPT Consultancy.
