All suppliers face challenges managing their relationships with customers. Equipping yourself with the tools to manage these issues will set you apart.

Strong working relationships between suppliers and customers are vital to world class performance.

The MAA has organised training in relationship management to help you satisfy existing customers and differentiate you when trying to win new business. 

Using the Relationship Measurement Matrix (RMM) will benefit any supplier/customer interaction by focusing on communications, capability management, continuous improvement, business management and leadership.

Delegates will have the opportunity to use RMM in a workshop environment, gain the skills to run the process with their own customers and the knowledge to train others to use the tools.  

The training will be delivered by SIGMA Consultancy and will also include presentations by Cosworth on the benefits of relationship management. All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
